Club House Renovation Project
As of 7/23/09 - The clubhouse renovations are completed. The fee to rent the clubhouse is now $250 for 4 hours, $50 foreach additional hour with a $300 (cash) deposit. If you want to schedule a rental, contact Penny @ the management office as the dates are filling rapidly.
Gym renovations are completed. The equipment has been rearranged to their new locations.

Landscape Transition Project
As of 4/20/09 - The transition is not complete due to the focus being on the current fire suppression issue. While it is not complete, we will work hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible. This will be completed contingent on K Hovnanian seperately wiring the light poles on the walkway, which should occur Spring 2010.
Power Washing and Painting Project
As of 10/23/09- This project is completed.
Fire sprinkler servicing/activation
As of 6/6/09 - Management will be scheduling those homes that have their sprinklers on. You will be notified when your building will be scheduled.
You will need to be home when your building is scheduled.
Lights - as of 6/6/09 2 lightpoles were installed on Tottenham Ct. 1 lightpole was installed on Tellicherry Ct near the field at bordering Society Hill II. These areas were very dark and were done to improve the security of our community. A lightpole has been installed at the clubhouse circle as well as lighting for the flagpoles.
Droyers Point sign
As of 6/6/09 - A new sign has been installed at the clubhouse circle.
New Flags at the clubhouse circle
As of 6/6/09 - Two new flags have been placed on the flagpoles at the clubhouse circle. The two flags are the State of NJ flag & the United States flag. A flag is being designed for the Droyers Point and it will be placed next to the two others.
Paint on Lee Court
As of 9/24/09 - We have restored it to it's previous state. This has been completed!
Canopy at pool area
As of 6/6/09 - A lattice covering has been installed over the structure at the pool to provide shade. It has been stained and the structure will also be stained.
Light Poles on the Walkway(6/1/09)
There are (9) light poles that are not working at the end of the walkway near Society Hill II. This has been repaired and is now working. 5 addional poles are not working on the walkway across from the kiddies playground. Penny is contacting a contractor to repair.
As of 10/23/09 this project has been completed.
