The annual meeting and election for the Droyers Point Condo Association will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 12:00pm. There is one open board position and the Association requests that interested homeowners submit a form for nomination to the Property Manager no later than 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Open Association Meeting June 15, 2010 -RESCHEDULED FOR JULY 20
The Droyers Point board members and managment will be meeting with engineers to review the transition report later this month. In an effort to provide homeowners with the most current information on the transition process, the open meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday June 15 has been rescheduled for Tuesday July 20.

link for information regarding pool hours, rules, passes, etc. You can also pick up a registration packet from the info table at the clubhouse.
POOL PASSES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY EFFECTIVE SATURDAY, JUNE 12, 2010.
Accident on Robinson Drive
Someone ran into the fire hydrant and street light on Robinson Drive during the late hours between Sunday night, May 9 and Monday morning, May 10. If you have any information regarding this incident, please contact the Property Manager.
New Security Company
The Walkway Association has hired a new security contractor for the guard houses. Bowles Security took over the contract for both guard houses on May 1, 2010. In an effort to make the transition smoother, all homeowners are asked to complete an updated visitor registration form. Please submit your form to the Property Manager and she will forward the information to the appropriate parties.
