Tax Appeal Seminar...
 
 
With property taxes forever on the rise and your tax abatements expiring, the Board is presenting a Tax Appeal seminar at the clubhouse on Monday, February 15, 2010.
 
The seminar will begin promptly at 7:00PM. The seminar is for informational purposes only. The Board and the Association cannot file appeals for individual owners.

Recycling Center:   (1/04/10) Once again, there were issues with pickups for the recycling center and as a result, the recycling center had reached it's capacity by Thursday last week . With false promises to take care of the problem on Saturday, it became out of control over the weekend. They waited until today to pickup and empty the recycling container and then had to do it a second time.  Not only was this a health hazard, it monopolized  Antouan's time that should have been utilized elsewhere in the community. Voice your complaints to Councilman Sottolano @ sottolanom@jcnj.org.

There is a lost and found box located in the office at the clubhouse. Items will be donated to a local charity if not claimed after 10 days.  Numerous items are currently being held.

DRIVING AT CLUBHOUSE CIRCLE
 
Traffic at the Clubhouse Circle is ONE WAY ONLY. Signs are posted on the circle.
 
 
GYM USE - 6/29/09 When using the TVs DO NOT TOUCH THE TV or RECEIVER BOX!! All functions in operating the TV can be done by using the remote controls, ONLY!!
